Classmates Pick Andrew Rosa as Portsmouth High School's 'Outstanding Student'
Andrew Rosa will speak at this Friday's graduation commencement ceremony. Rosa is the students' choice for a speaker. The faculty also choose a student to speak on Friday.

Portsmouth High School's students have chosen Andrew "Dewey" Rosa as their student speaker for this Friday's graduation ceremony.
Rosa, 17, received the Portsmouth High School Outstanding Student award Monday night.
Rosa, the son of Cheryl Rosa and Manuel Rosa, is a member of the high school varsity ice hockey and lacrosse teams.

In the fall, he plans to attend the University of Rhode Island and study environmental science management.
