College Conduct Director Charged With DUI
Portsmouth police arrested Heidi Hartzell after receiving a complaint from another driver.

PORTSMOUTH, RI — Heidi Hartzell was charged with Driving Under the Influence on Dec. 28, according to the Portsmouth police and news sources.
Officers were alerted by another driver who followed her into Portsmouth after a minor accident in Middletown.
Middletown police have also charged her with failing to stop after an accident.

Hartzell is director of student conduct at Roger Williams University.
