Driver Uninjured in Rollover but Faces Driving Under the Influence Charge
Police found the car on its roof with the tires in the air around 12:30 a.m. Saturday.

PORTSMOUTH, RI — Responding to a report about a rollover accident, police early Saturday morning went to the area of Park Avenue and Ivy.
Officers said they found a car with its tires in the air blocking Park Avenue. They also found debris in the roadway, and apparently because the car hit a trailer parked on the side of the road.
Alex Jackson Landry, 24, of Tiverton, was the driver. He told police he was not hurt.

Police at 12:40 a.m. arrested Landry for driving under the influence, a first offense and a misdemeanor. He was also given a violation for refusing to take a chemical test.
