Annual Rabies Clinic and Dog Licensing

The town will hold its annual rabies clinic this Saturday at the rear entrance of the fire department, 2300 East Main Road.

Dogs must be on a leash at all times. Cats must be in covered carriers.

Residents are asked to bring their current rabies certificate. The fee is $10 and only cash will be accepted.

Dog licensing will also be done at this time. The fee is $8. State law requires owners to obtain a license every year for their dog.

Commencing on May 1, a late fee of $20 will be added to the $8 license fee for any owner still without proper license.

If you are only licensing your dog and not getting a rabies shot, please remember to bring their current Rabies Certificate that is valid through May 1.
