PHS Football Team Raises Funds for Breast Cancer Awareness

Portsmouth High School has selected its game Friday, October 14, 2011 vs. Barrington at 7 pm to participate in "A Crucial Catch", a partnership with the
NFL and American Cancer Society. Students will be trying to raise funds during school and at the game. All donations from the event will go directly to the American Cancer Society benefitting its Making Strides Against Breast Cancer campaign. The community is encouraged to attend this game and join the effort. In addition, a special drawing will be held at the game for a chance to win a Wes Welker autographed football.
