Please join us in welcoming professor Robin Wiseman at the Portsmouth Arts Guild, Tuesday, April 17th. Â Doors open at 6:30 pm for a pre-meeting Mix 'n Mingle. Â The talk will begin at 7:15.
Mr. Wiseman will talk about the attributes he considers in selecting artwork for an exhibition. He will share anecdotes from his own experiences and all Guild members are invited to bring a piece of their artwork for critique.
Mr. Wiseman holds a BFA in architecture and BAR, RISD as well as an MFA in drawing from UMASS Dartmouth. A highly valued teacher, Wiseman received a prestigious Church Award in teaching and his work has appeared in galleries and shows throughout New England. Besides RISD, Wiseman currently teaches at the Massachusetts College of Art. Â
