The mission of the RGSC is to develop a “2012 Final List” of tasks designed to generate new revenue for the town and to present the “2012 Final List” of tasks to the Portsmouth Town Council by March 1, 2012.
The tasks are designed: 1. To generate new revenue without raising taxes and instituting new fees, 2. To use the principles of Smart Growth to incorporate prudent recreational-residential and commercial development while maintaining “town character”; and 3. To create innovative ideas to generate new revenue without burdening town residents.
