The Portsmouth Water and Fire District will be repaving a section of the north-bound lanes of West Main Road at Flanagan Road, at the intersection to Raytheon Company.  North bound and south bound traffic will be reduced to one lane each direction.  Motorists are encouraged to seek alternative routes; the work will take place until 7 pm.
