This four week Beginners Series will introduce students to basic Hatha, Vinyasa and Kundalini yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. Students will learn the proper alignment and benefits of each pose as well as how to gently and safely move in and out of each posture. The exercises are designed to invigorate, improve flexibility, and quiet the mind.

This class will provide new or returning students the experience necessary to continue a regular yoga practice. Students will also experience the beautiful community of people that make up Tenth Gate.
