Fugitive Caught, 2 DUIs: Portsmouth Police Arrest Log
One person from Virginia was charged with driving under the influence in Portsmouth. The other person charged was from Portsmouth.

PORTSMOUTH, RI — The following people were arrested by Portsmouth police between Feb. 1 and Feb. 5.
Feb. 1
6:55 p.m. — Miguel Cedillo, 38, of Brockton, Massachusetts, was charged with being a fugitive from justice. Police said the arrest stemmed from a traffic stop on Route 24 northbound at Freeborn Street.

Feb. 2
4:41 p.m. — Neil Hollister, 29, homeless, was charged under a warrant out of Second District Court.

11:54 p.m. — Jesse Pickett, 37, of Portsmouth, was charged with driving under the influence of liquor or drugs (first offense). Police said the arrest stemmed from a traffic stop on East Main Road at Cul De Sac Way.
Feb. 5
2:06 a.m. — Cory Bell, 32, of Woodbridge, Virginia, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol (first offense) and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Police said the arrest came after a traffic stop in the 1,100th block of West Main Road.
8:27 p.m. — Arthur Lee Timmons, 42, of Pawtucket, was charged with possession of more than 1 ounce of marijuana (first offense)
