Witnesses said the vehicle may have been a Nissan Maxima and two people could have been in the car, according to WPRI.

The vehicle’s passenger side rear view mirror was broken off and found in the roadway, but the evidence has not led police to a suspect.

The Tiverton Police Department is requesting the public’s help with the case.

Anyone with information can contact McKinnon at (401) 625 6717 ext. 115.
