Officer Sullivan with the PPD and I wanted to update you on the wonderful progress of Santa's helpers. The response has been fantastic and heartwarming, but the final push is on (about a week to go) and the need is outweighing the ability. These beautiful kids and families need just a bit more to give them all a holiday to remember. What these kids request would make your heart grow 10 sizes, so many think of others and not themselves.
The elves are putting everything together and that takes a little time. We are looking for gift cards mostly. The biggest requests are Old Navy, TJ Maxx, Marshall's, Barnes & Noble, Game Stop, Michael's, Wal Mart grocery store, or gas cards, anything really can and will be used. It can be in any amount and can still be dropped off or mailed to the PPD and bring it to my attention. You can always contact if you have any questions. I won't ask again I will only give an update on the wonderful help.
Please don't think someone else will come through, we need your help. Lastly even know the need is great, if there is someone (any age), or some family that needs a little help in our town please let me know and I have a funny feeling Santa will be making sure everyone is remembered this Christmas. I send you all my blessings for a wonderful holiday to you and yours!
