Parking Ban from Midnight till Noon Monday

Though the threat of snow has been downgraded significantly since last week, Portsmouth Police aren't taking any chances.

A parking ban has been instituted and it will go into effect at midnight and will run until noon on Monday.

So get your cars off the street before you call it a night. If you have an Academy Awards party going on, be sure to tell your guests to be ready to move their cars if they aren't going home when the show is over.
