The Portsmouth Pirates girls' soccer team recently finished an undefeated after winning 20 games.Â
Having already won the Rhode Island Super Liga championship and the Danvers Invitational Tournament, the girls won the 20th annual PIST tournament by sweeping Barrington; Bristol; Madison, CT; and Stonington, CT.Â
This past weekend, they went on to defeat the Warwick Firefighters in the Rhode Island Cup semi final 5-1 on June 25.

On June 26, the team completed their remarkable run by shutting out South County 1-0 in the Rhode Island Cup final match.
