Police Find Missing Elderly Man from Portsmouth
Joseph Raduano, 82, was located Friday morning.
State Police on Friday morning said they found an elderly Portsmouth man who went missing.
Joseph Raduano, 82, was last seen leaving his home on Indian Avenue early in the morning. Police said they found him a short time later.
To help their search, police issued a “silver alert,” which is used when elderly people go missing.
