As a result, Nguia was cited for possession of marijuana.

Police said a check turned up the active Sixth Division District Court warrant stemming from a 2013 driving with a suspended license charge by Warren police. Court records show Nguia reportedly failed to appear for an ability to pay conference on Jan. 9.
