Police Log: False Report, Two DUIs, Domestics
The following arrests were reported by the Portsmouth Police Department. They do not indicate a conviction.

FALSE REPORT
Portsmouth police charged John Adian Zegouros, 57, of 100 Cedar Ave., Portsmouth, with filing a false police report Sept. 5 after he allegedly called 911 to say his roommate stole his deceased wife’s car.
The problem was that the car belonged to his roommate, police said, and he was pulled over by police on East Main Road only to be vindicated shortly afterwards when officers realized he was the actual vehicle owner.
Police said the two men had been living in the same property for about a year.

DUI
Police charged Amina Kadiatu Leigh, 23, of 1 Nolmen Drive, North Providence, with driving under the influence and refusing a chemical test Sept. 6 at 12:30 p.m.
Police said Leigh was stopped for speeding and swerving on West Main Road and later failed a field sobriety test.

Police said Leigh registered a .156 blood alcohol reading in a preliminary breath test at the scene.
She later refused a chemical test at police headquarters.
DOMESTIC
Police charged Timothy L. Haslam, 55, of 2 North Drive, Portsmouth, with violating a no contact order, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest Sept. 6 at 6 p.m.
Police said Haslam yelled at a woman he was supposed to have no contact with and acted aggressively towards police keeping the peace at the scene as the woman collected belongings.
VANDALISM
Police charged a 15-year-old girl with simple assault and vandalism after she allegedly broke a window and struck three people at a Bristol Ferry Road address.
The matter will be adjudicated in Family Court.
DOMESTIC
Police charged Alexander Cole Sieben, 18, of 13 Thorpe Ave., Portsmouth, with domestic disorderly conduct Sept. 4 at 7:46 p.m.
Police said Sieben threw a 15 pound weight across the room and became extremely agitated after his request for money was rebuffed.
