Police Log: Portsmouth Man Arrested on Warrant

Mark Diamantini, 27, of 236 Windstone Drive, Portsmouth, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant.Â
arrested Diamantini at his home on the warrant, which was issued by Second District Court for failure to appear.Â
Diamantini was arraigned at the police station and later released after appearing before a justice of the peace.Â
