Police Log: Warren Man Arrested On DUI Charge
The following arrest information was supplied by the Portsmouth Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The price of gas might put some drivers "frozen" in shock, but it wasn't what apparently kept one motorist at a pump for nearly an hour Sunday night.Â
were called around 11:45 p.m. to the Mobile Xtra Mart on West Main Road. A vehicle was reportedly parked at a gas pump between 30 minutes to an hour.Â
Upon arrival, officers found the vehicle was still running.

The operator allegedly had his hands on the steering wheel and his head leaning against his hands, according to police reports. An odor of alcohol was coming from the vehicle.Â
The operator, identified as 23-year-old Alec Cambio of Warren apparently failed a field sobriety test. He was then transported to police headquarters, where he allegedly refused to take a chemical test.Â

Cambio was arrested and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) and failure to submit to a chemical test.Â
