Police Looking for East Bay Shoplifters

Area police are looking for two men who have been involved in numerous shoplifting incidents throughout the East Bay of Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts.

Recently, the pair stole $160 worth of steaks from the Stop and Shop on West Main Road in Middletown.

They’ve also been involved in cases in Newport, Dartmouth, Mass. and New Bedford, police said.

They’re described as white males in their late 20s to early 30s, standing between five feet seven and nine inches tall.

One has a sleeve tattoo on his left arm.

Police said they have been seen getting into a brown Chevrolet Malibu with a Massachusetts registration plate that belongs to a black Honda sedan registered to a female.
