Police Seek ID of Person of Interest in Larceny Case
Portsmouth police are asking the public for assistance.
The Portsmouth Police Department is attempting to identify a person of interest in a larceny investigation.
Police are sharing a photo of a man with a shaved head and what appears to be a cigarette behind his ear while he was on a Rhode Island Public Transit Authority bus.
Police said the incident occured on a RIPTA bus on Aug. 25.
