Portsmouth High's Freshmen Football Team Win 37-0

The Portsmouth High School freshmen football team won 37-0 at Warwick Vets Thursday night.

The freshman went 2-0 for the season with a 37-0 win at Warwick Vets on Thursday, according to Portsmouth Patch user Ken O'Brien.

Evan Criner scored on three long touchdown runs. Quarterback Colin Tullson added one rushing touchdown, and Dylan Young, the Patriots outstanding middle linebacker and team captain, returned an interception for the Patriots' fifth touchdown. 

The defense was solid once again, according to O'Brien, and contributed to the scoring with a safety.

The Patriots have one more non-league game at home this Thursday against Classical at 4 p.m. before opening league play next week at Hendricken.
