The Portsmouth Lions Club Presents The Navy Choristers Concert

The Newport Navy Choristers, under the direction of JoAnn Loewenthal, will present their holiday concert “Christmas in Song” on Friday December 12, 2014 at 7:30pm at St Lucy’s Church, 909 West Main Rd Middletown RI.

The sponsor for this year‘s concert is Portsmouth Lions Club to benefit their charities fund that support vision screening, hunger awareness, youth recreation, Middletown Leo program, and High School Scholarships in the Portsmouth & Middletown communities. The Portsmouth Lions Club is part of the Lions Club International - world’s largest service club organization. Meetings are held every 2nd & 4th Wednesday of each month at The Valley Inn, 2221 West Main Rd Portsmouth RI @ 7pm.

The Newport Navy Choristers is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to raise money for charitable causes and to provide both the chorus and audiences a enjoyable choral experience. The Choristers are composed of active duty, retired, reservists, and military dependents.
