April 30

Brian Edward Helger, 59, of Tiverton, was stopped on Boyd's Lane near the Route 24 South off ramp at 7:28 p.m. He was charged with Driving under the influence, first offense; and Refusal to submit to a chemical test.

May 2

Dallas Antonio Wynegar, 23, of Portsmouth, was stopped at 1:10 p.m. at the Cumberland Farms on East Main Road near Sprague Street. He was charged with Larceny under $1,500.
