Paul W. Driscoll, 61, of Portsmouth, was taken into custody on Locust Avenue at 6:27 p.m. on a bench warrant.

May 4

Shane Michael Buddemeyer, 20, of Portsmouth, was arrested at home at 3:05 p.m. He was charged with Domestic Simple Assault or Battery.

May 5

David William O'Brien, 30, of Waltham, Mass., was stopped at 8:41 p.m. on West Main Road at Twin Lantern Cabins. He was charged with Driving under the Influence, first offense; and cited for Refusal to submit to a chemical test.
