PORTSMOUTH, RI—Here are the recent arrests, citations and incidents reported from July 19 to July 26. Information comes from the police log.

July 19

Alison Michele Sanfilippo, 25, of Portsmouth, was arrested at 12:18 a.m. at a home on Cove Street. She was charged with Domestic Simple Assault or Battery.

Taylor Rose Arsenault, 18, of Uxbridge, Mass., was arrested at 7:25 p.m. near St. Barnabas Church. She was charged with Domestic Simple Assault or Battery.

July 22

Kelly Don Richardson, 35, of Portsmouth, was arrested at 9:23 p.m. on Middle Road. She was charged with Domestic Disorderly Conduct and Domestic Vandalism.

Samantha Sandoval, 43, of Portsmouth, was arrested at 11:16 p.m. at the Island Park Playground. She was charged with Disorderly Conduct. Police said a fight started over setting off fireworks. Officers were originally called to deal with an altercation involving eight males.

July 23

Constance Meg Cone, 50, of Portsmouth, was arrested at 7:33 p.m. near the Dunkin Donuts on President Avenue. She was charged with Domestic Simple Assault or Battery.

July 25

Crews were called to put out a car fire at 3:59 p.m. near West Main Road and Donna Drive. The motorist said he parked the car, and the engine caught fire.

July 26

Patrick Hughes Doyle, 24, of Narragansett, was charged at 1:15 a.m. on Park Avenue. He is accused of Domestic Vandalism (Malicious Injury To Property).

Ali Majeed Gates, 37, of Quincy, Mass., was arrested at 2:39 a.m. near East Main and Turnpike roads. He was charged with Driving under the Influence, first offense.

Helena N. Stolyarova, 46, of Ann Arbor, Mich., was arrested at 7:37 p.m. on West Main Road near the Mobil Xtra Mart. She was charged with Driving under the Influence, first offense; and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.
