Aug. 20

Alicia Mae Costa, 44, of Portsmouth, was charged with Domestic Simple Assault or Battery at 3:35 p.m. at Twin Lanterns cabins.

Kevin Lee Otto, 43, of Walpole, Mass., was stopped at 9:29 p.m. on West Main Road near Raytheon. He was charged with Driving under the Influence, first offense; and with Refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Aug. 22

Christopher J. Ball, 34, of Portsmouth, was charged at 7:31 p.m. with Willful trespass and Vandalism (malicious injury to property).
