Sept. 15

Todd Carvalho, 35, of Tiverton, was stopped at 8:03 a.m. near Hedly Street and Middle Road and charged with Driving after his license was denied, suspended or revoked, third or subsequent offense.

Sept. 16

Joshua Richard Case, 29, of Pawtucket, was stopped at 11:02 a.m. on West Main Road near Scotty Drive and charged with Driving after his license was denied, suspended or revoked, third or subsequent offense.

Keegan Eamon Meade, 20, of Portsmouth, was arrested after police responded to an accident at East Main near Goulart Lane at 11:21 p.m. He was charged with Driving under the influence, second offense; transportation of alcoholic beverage by a minor; and Refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Sept. 17

Corwin Mayhew Parker, 33, of Washington, D.C., was stopped at 12:54 a.m. on Route 24 North at Turnpike Drive and charged with Driving under the influence, first offense.

Sept 19

Kandice Marie Jones, 18, of Portsmouth, was arrested at the Portsmouth Shop on East Main Road at 11:01 a.m. and charged with misdemeanor shoplifting.

Michael Sean O'Neil, 52, of Little Compton, was arrested at 6:50 p.m. on East Main Road at Union Street. He was charged with Driving under the influence, first offense; and Refusal to submit to a chemical test.
