Kinsella will be restoring 10 to 15 feet of stonewall behind the Old Bull Barn at Glen Farm.

PORTSMOUTH, RI — Town Council approved the Eagle Scout project proposal for Middle Troop 77's Cole Kinsella at the August 27 meeting.
Kinsella will be restoring 10 to 15 feet of stonewall behind the Old Bull Barn at Glen Farm.
"I think this is a fabulous idea," Councilman Kevin Aguiar told Kinsella. "Don't stop at 15 (feet), it you want to keep going."

Kinsella, who works at Glen Farm said he's wanted to do something about the wall for some time. He's planning on using dry rock with cement at the top to hold everything together.
"Part of that wall has been bugging me for a little while, so I thought to rebuild it myself for a good cause. Kinsella said.

According to Councilman David Gleason, Kinsella has been good with his hands as long as he could remember. Gleason said he's known Kinsella since he was a student at the Pennfield School and said he was making things at a young age.
"He made me a little miniature version of the school out of wood," Gleason said.
Kinsella does not have an exact start date yet to begin the Eagle Scout project, but said he will work on figuring that out now that the project has been approved.
