Tenth Gate Yoga Offers Free Information Session on Natural Skin Care

Portsmouth, RI – Tenth Gate Yoga of 1046 East Main Road is offering a free information session on natural skin care on Saturday, December 6, 2014 from 12:00pm – 1:00pm. Register online at www.tenthgateyogacenter.com under workshops.

The mini-class will be taught by Jeannette Bessinger, The Clean Food Coach. You will learn the why’s and how’s of cleansing with oils for glowing faces and pure mouth freshness.

With roots in the Ayurvedic tradition, cleansing with oils versus soaps has new importance in today’s world. Our skin’s natural, protective microbiome is in jeopardy like never before from the toxic ingredients and stripping and “sterilizing” effects of conventional cleansing regimes.
