Widower of Killed Portsmouth Pedestrian Remembers Wife
The couple planned to travel to Washington, D.C., on Tuesday and visit the White House before the woman was killed on Sunday.

The husband of the 83-year-old pedestrian who was struck and killed by a motor vehicle recalled memories of his life partner.
The widower said his wife’s death is like “chopping half of you off,” WPRI reported.
Marilyn Olgo was walking along the shoulder of Sea Meadow Court when she was struck by a 2014 Mazda 6 around 3 p.m. on Sunday.

Her husband of 55 years, Michael Olgo, was walking behind her, according to WPRI.
The two planned to travel to Washington, D.C., on Tuesday and Michael Olgo said Marilyn Olgo was looking forward to visiting the White House, WPRI reported.

The two met in Yosemite Park on July 4th and were married for 55 years.
The driver was Portsmouth resident Barbara Krensavage, 58, of 76 Lambie Circle.
Krensavage was charged with driving to endanger resulting in death and reckless driving.
