Traffic Stop Leads To Wanted Providence Woman's Arrest: Police

PROVIDENCE, RI — A wanted Providence woman was arrested during a traffic stop, police said.

Krystal Lopez, 37, was pulled over on Valley Street in Providence shortly after 1:30 p.m. Sunday and arrested on a warrant charging her with possession of a controlled substance.

The warrant was in connection with a Pawtucket Police Department case, according to the release.

Lopez was processed at state police headquarters and turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department, the release said.
