Wanted Warwick Man Nabbed And Jailed: Cops

PROVIDENCE, RI — A wanted Warwick man was captured and jailed, police said.

Nicholas Beaumont, 21, was pulled over on Route 146 in Providence shortly before 10 a.m. Sept. 22, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

Beaumont was arrested on a warrant charging him with failing to appear in court for a receiving stolen goods case, according to the release.

"Beaumont was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Service Center," the release said.
