Bellini, Providence Unveils Thanksgiving Menu

PROVIDENCE, RI — The Bellini, Providence restaurant has unveiled its Thanksgiving menu.

The restaurant in The Beatrice Hotel will be open from noon to 8 p.m. Thanksgiving to "celebrate the flavors of the season and elevate your tradition with Bellini’s Thanksgiving menu, featuring a multi-course prix fixe or a la carte selections," according to a media release.

Offerings include:

• Pumpkin Vellutata with Herb Crostini — $12
• Agnolotti Filled with Pumpkin with Brown Butter & Toasted Almonds — $29
• Slow Roasted Organic Turkey with Charred Baby Carrots & Turnips, Ash Potatoes & Cranberry Gastrique — $48
• Apple Tartatine with Cinnamon Gelato — $16
• Available a la carte or as a $105 prix fixe menu
