Massachusetts Man Charged With DUI: Cops
The Fall River man was pulled over and arrested in Providence, police said.
PROVIDENCE, RI — A Massachusetts man was charged with driving under the influence in Providence, police said.
Franklin Diaz, 53, was pulled over and arrested on Valley Street shortly after 1 a.m. Friday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Diaz, a resident of Fall River, was also charged with refusng to submit to a chemical test, the release said.

Diaz was processed at state police headquarters, arraigned by a justice of the peace and "released into the custody of a responsible adult," according to police.
