PROVIDENCE, RI — Several buildings in downtown Providence have been evacuated due to a possible threat, according to multiple reports.
A man called the police and said he was at Biltmore Garage with a gun and was going to shoot City Hall, Providence Police Detectives Major David Lapatin told GoLocalProv.
Entire blocks were evacuated including Providence City Hall, WPRI reported.
