Providence Man Charged With DUI: Cops
He was pulled over on Beulah Street, police said.
PROVIDENCE, RI — A Providence man was charged with driving under the influence, police said.
Michael Palmisciano, 65, was pulled over on Beulah Street in Providence shortly after 12:30 a.m. Friday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Palmisciano was also charged with refusing to submit to a chemical test, the release said.

Palmisciano was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and "released to the custody of a responsible adult," according to police.
