Providence Man Charged With Failing To Stop For An Accident Apprehended: Cops
He was also charged with driving with an expired license, police said.
PROVIDENCE, RI — A Providence man charged with failing to stop for an accident was apprehended, police said.
Entony Toribio, 38, was arrested shortly after 11:30 p.m. Tuesday on a warrant charging him with duty to stop for an accident resulting in damage to a vehicle and driving with an expired or without a license, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
"Toribio was located by the Cranston Police Department, processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, and transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.
