Providence Man Charged With Forgery And Counterfeiting Registration Plates: Cops
He was arrested during a traffic stop in Providence, police said.
PROVIDENCE — A Providence man was charged with forgery and counterfeiting of registration plates, police said.
Carlos Rosario, 26, was pulled over and arrested on Charles Street in Providence shortly after 11 a.m. Tuesday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Rosario was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and take to Sixth Division District Court for an arraignment, the release said.
