Providence Probationer Charged With Obstructing Officer: Cops
The Providence man was arrested during a traffic stop, police said.
PROVIDENCE, RI — A Providence man out on Probation was charged with obstructing an officer, police said.
Khalil Ba, 23, was arrested during a traffic stop on Charles Street in Providence shortly after 10:45 p.m. Tuesday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release
Ba was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and "held overnight as a probation violator pending morning arraignment at Sixth Division District Court," the release said.
