Providence Woman Charged With Possession Of A Controlled Substance And DUI: Cops

PROVIDENCE, RI — A Providence woman was charged with possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence, police said.
Keiawonda Jones, 49, was arrested shortly before 1 a.m. Tuesday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Jones was also charged with refusing to submit to a chemical test, the release said.
