RI Strippers Say Boston Cop Paid Them For Sex
Two women are accused of stealing the off-duty officer's gun.

PAWTUCKET, RI – Two Rhode Island women accused of stealing an off-duty Boston police officer's handgun say the man paid them $2,500 for sex, according to the Providence Journal. Melissa Dacier, 22, of Providence, and Neish Rivera, 25, of Pawtucket, told police Officer Emanuel Brandao arranged a "date" with them that led them to his hotel room in Pawtucket.
The women are accused of stealing Brandao's .40-caliber Glock 22 while spending time with him at the Hampton Inn last Saturday night. Both women work as dancers, and Rivera was one of the women charged with prostitution during a raid of the Foxy Lady Strip Club in December.
The weapon was stolen from Brandao's vehicle, where he kept it locked in his glove compartment with the key in his cup holder, according to WPRI. He reportedly gave Dacier his car keys so she could get a phone charger.

After both women stepped out of the room and never returned, Brandao left to find them and reported that his gun was not in his car where he left it. Dacier and Rivera were arrested several hours later and arraigned Monday. Both were ordered held as bail violators.
Brandao is on paid leave pending an investigation, the Journal reported.
