Wanted Providence Woman Apprehended: Cops
The Providence woman was wanted in Massachusetts, police said.
PROVIDENCE, RI — A wanted Providence woman was apprehended, police said.
Katelyn Burke, 26, was arrested Tuesday by the Rhode Island State Police Adult Correctional Institutions Investigations Unit, the state police said in a media release.
Burke was a fugitive from justice from Massachusetts, according to the release.

"Ms. Burke was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where she was remanded to the custody of the Sheriffs' Department pending her return to Massachusetts," the release said.
