NJ Man Charged With Reckless Driving In Richmond: Cops
The New Jersey man was pulled over on Interstate 95, police said.
RICHMOND, RI — A New Jersey man was charged with reckless driving in Richmond, police said.
Derwin Edwin Quinones Santana, 19, was pulled over on Interstate 95 about 11:45 p.m. Tuesday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Quinones Santana was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks, arraigned by a justice of the peace and released with a future court date.
