• Rhode Island Energy says power restored to all customers affected by nor'easter (turnto10.com) — Power has now been fully restored in Scituate after the late-September nor'easter knocked out electricity for many local homes and businesses. Rhode Island Energy says Scituate was among the hardest-hit communities, but crews replaced poles, cleared trees, and resolved every outage in under 48 hours following the storm's heavy rain and 55 mph gusts.
