EMERALD SQUARE MALL WELCOMES NEW GUEST SERVICES MANAGER

(North Attleboro, MA)—Simon Property Group Inc., the largest developer and owner of shopping malls in America, announced today that Allison Freitas has been appointed as the new Guest Services Manager at Emerald Square Mall. Most recently, Freitas was a Freelance Producer with a focus on entertainment in Rhode Island.

In her role as Guest Services Manager, Freitas will supervise all of the Simon customer service programs, including overseeing corporate and personal sales of the Simon gift card program, Ticketmaster ticketing needs, mobile shopping applications, Simon Kidgits Club, and handle guest requests and concerns promptly and with exceptional customer service. Freitas will also be responsible for training all new Guest Services representatives.

Freitas professional experience spans the banking and retail industries. She has a strong customer service background having served as a sales, operations and service specialist at Bank of America. She is also familiar with the retail environment and has a keen eye for employee training, as she has held numerous positions at Old Navy including Service and Training Manager. Freitas resides in Slatersville, RI.
