Want to have a home gym without buying equipment?

Want to set up a home gym? Chances are you already have one you don’t even need to buy equipment for. (Although if you are like me yours is on a 30 year loan….) If you have a set of stairs inside or out you are good to go.

12 – push ups with hands on stairs and feet on floor

12 – tricep dips

12 – back lunges (12 on each leg) with one foot up on stair the other on the floor

12 – calf raises

12 -  decline push up with feet on stairs and hand on floor

12 – step ups alternating legs (for a more advanced move skip a stair when you step up)

12 – side step down with squat (12 on each side)

30 – toe taps

Running up and down the stairs dodging cats, dogs, kids, toys, books, and shoes optional.
