Amicable Congregational Church, United Church of Christ, invites adults throughout the community to participate in an important health clinic this October. The event is open to all adults and will be held in the Upper  Hall at Amicable Congregational Church, 3736 Main Road, Tiverton, RI 02878.

Flu Shot Clinic

Sunday, October 18, 12:00–2:00 p.m.

Amicable will host a community flu shot clinic in partnership with Newport Visiting Nurses Home and Hospice. The clinic will offer both standard-dose flu vaccines and high-dose vaccines for adults age 65 and  older. Participants are asked to:

•Bring their insurance card, if they have insurance.

•Uninsured adults may still receive a flu vaccine.

•Stay home if they are feeling sick.

•Wear loose-fitting clothing, such as a short- sleeve shirt, for easy access to the upper arm.
