Little Compton Police charged a 45-year-old Connecticut man with driving under the influence on Feb. 23.
Police said Michael Papale, of 52 Briarwood Drive, Colchester, Conn., was stopped for speeding on Colebrook Road at around 8 p.m.
Police said a DUI investigation was initiated shortly afterwards and he was eventually charged with driving under the influence, first offense, with a blood-alcohol level of .15 or greater.
