Former Rep. Patrick Kennedy to Sell House, Move to Providence

The former Congressman is planning to sell his nearly $1.3 million property in town

Residents will soon have the chance to live in a house once belonging to a Kennedy. 

Former Rep. Patrick J. Kennedy plans to put his 2001-built Portsmouth house on the market and move to Providence, reports The Providence Journal. 

Kennedy, who and is awaiting the birth of their first child, is selling the two-story house located at 210 Farmlands Drive.

The Portsmouth home was assessed at a value of $598,400 in 2011, according to its Vision Appraisal listing. The total property, including the house and land, is valued at $1,292,400.
